HOW TO USE:
Prepare Unscrew top of handle (white ring)
Place Cryotherapy Ball in freezer (metal ball)
Wait at least 2 hours for ball to freeze
Wipe away any frost and put ball back into the handle
The Cryotherapy Ball is ready to use! Usage Ball can be used on skin or through clothes
Continually roll the ball over the desired area When ball is no longer cool, remove from handle and freeze again Cleaning After removing the Cryotherapy Ball from the handle, it can be washed with water and dish soap in the sink. Do not put it in the dishwasher. The ball should be washed regularly. Notes Do not use on wet/damp skin

SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO
Flat-Rate ShippingMost orders ship at a flat rate to ensure affordable and predictable shipping costs. The flat-rate fee will be displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected service.
Additional Shipping Costs: For orders under $500, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package. If additional costs are required, a team member will contact you before processing the order.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard shipping timeframes vary based on location, with estimated delivery between 2-7 business days after processing.

Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
If choosing, Royal Mail International Standard, it does not come with tracking information.
DELIVERY TIME :
Delivery Time is dependent on a few factors:
- "Availability". Every product usually processes in 2-4 days. The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the "Availability" timeframe, but please do not count on that.
- If the item is currently out of stock or backordered. You package will ship as soon as your item is available again.
- The method of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
- If you need a RUSH order please email us at HELLO@flxstretchtraining.com to specify and we will do our best to make sure your order is rushed in production.
SHIPPING RATES
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
